Well we actually have apricots!! I know you don't believe me but here is the photographic proof! I guess there was a fortunate alignment of the stars or something because this is something truly new.
Hooray for you! We have apricot trees at the park, I've only seen fruit on them once in the last ten years. We couldn't eat them --apparently they didn't get enough moisture because the fruit's flesh was dry and pastey.
Will we be seeing some pictures of your apricot wine later this summer?

We probably don't have enough to really make into anything. Will just have to stew them with sugar and serve over ice cream I guess. Darn.
